AP Rental are approved NHBC registered builders converting over 112 properties buy to lets properties for the purpose of renting high end rental flats to working professionals and families, offering long term affordable high value rental homes.
The business is owned by Ananda Paul, a professional landlord and property developer since 1994, with experience of over 1,000 tenancies over 25 years.
The business obtains sites for the purpose to demolish and rebuild, convert and refurbish properties. An in-house team deals with all maintenance and tenancy issues including block management.
